Shipping policy
To avail of free local delivery, kindly refer to the current shipping promotions and offerings.
Deliveries are made usually from 9:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays. The delivery people will contact you via text message/email/phone (if necessary) with the contact details you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time. We are diligently working on finding alternative solutions to enhance your shopping experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to provide you with improved options for product delivery and retrieval. Stay tuned for updates on the availability of new services.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries to be updated soon!].
Estimated delivery time and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping option
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Golabaji is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (if provided).
If your package has not arrived after three (3) weeks of receiving the automated ‘shipping’ email, you must contact Golabaji within 7 (seven) days after that three weeks period to report a ‘lost’ package otherwise no store credit or refund (if applicable) will be available. Please contact us at support@golabaji.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of the carriers falls into this group, we would look up their policy and communicate it to you beforehand.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 (Seven) days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@golabaji.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
